Vital Group encompasses its philosophy towards Corporate Social Responsibility and lays down the guidelines and mechanism for undertaking socially useful programs for welfare & sustainable development of the community at large. The priority areas include identified Scientific Research, Health, Education, Environmental Protection and Disaster Relief.
VITAL GLOBAL FOUNDATION
Vital Laboratories Private Limited carries out its CSR activities through Vital Global Foundation which is Not for Profit Organization incorporated under Section 8 of the Companies Act, 2013. Vital Global Foundation was incorporated to promote social development of the Rural & Other Backward Areas of India by carrying out various activities which contribute to the social development of India as a whole. It also provides financial assistance to various events, funds etc. which benefit the society and the environment. Through this Foundation, financial assistance is provided to the needy for Medical Treatment, Eradicating Poverty & Malnutrition from the Society. It also helps in providing Education including Special Education through affiliations with educational institutions with the aid of modern scientific techniques.
Centre for Advanced Research (CfAR)
Vital Laboratories Private Limited has funded a huge project by Sri Venkateswara Institute of Medical Sciences (SVIMS) for setting up the Centre of Advanced Research (CfAR) in Tirupati. This Centre spans 36,000 sq. ft. built as G+3 floors. The programs on each of the floors are thematically designed, in keeping with the cross cutting research themes envisioned in the roadmap. It also focus on infection, inflammation and immunity and also include Viral Research and Diagnostic Laboratories (VRDL), Hospital Acquired Infection (HAI) research including resistance microbe research while one floor will be dedicated to stem cell biology, regenerative medicine and pancreatic islet cell laboratory.
Donation of Generators
Vital Laboratories through Vital Global Foundation and Dhandhan Welfare Societies which is involved in social welfare of the Dhandhan Village situated in Sikar district of Rajasthan have made Contribution by installing Generators to provide electricity to the village.
Organisation of Program for Cancer Patients at Tata Memorial Hospital
Vital Laboratories every year through Vital Global Foundation organizes various programs at Tata Memorial Hospital for the Cancer Patients. Not only the adults but children also participate in this program. Through these programs we try to bring a smile on the faces of these patients.
Vital Global Foundation distributes Gifts on the occasion of Diwali or other festivals.
